The Journey to Your Success with Jeff Goins

Ask yourself, what is your life telling you?

It’s not telling you that you’re not good enough, that is fear talking. Life would say that you’re better at this one thing over another. Pay attention to those lessons that make you come alive!

New York Times Best selling author, Jeff Goins, shares his views and experience of what it’s been like earning success. Often it’s not what we think it is.

The iceberg concept only shows us part of the success. Often we don’t realize the amount of work that was involved with making it a success.

The narrative bias is our human tendency to make sense of the world through stories. We process the great amount of information (and experiences) by creating a narrative to link the different elements. But often we overlook, or brush over, the finer details of what made it successful.

When you are in the middle of struggle, remember that failure always has something to teach you.

With every failure, it teaches you something different that you need to know for the next stage in your journey.

Jeff says that it’s not about a great idea, but about perseverance.

The way you find a great idea that connects with an audience is failing often.

The common problem we all have with failure is quitting. We quit when it gets too hard.

What if you just didn’t quit?
