Being a good leader involves believing in your people, which then spurs on confidence and their ability to do good work. This is the epitome of leadership through the example we see in Jesus, the perfect model for leaders leading leaders.
As Christians we have to be willing to be a gracious leader so the people we work with will reach their greatest potential. This establishes confidence in the team and trust with leadership.
Jesus did three things that we can learn from to build an effective team: he focused on the individuals worth, wisdom and works.
