Our Love It guarantee covers our physical products so if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we will do whatever it takes to rectify any mistakes by having your portraits reproduced. If you’re still not satisfied, simply return your portraits in their original packaging and we will refund your money no questions asked. Of course time spent cannot be recouped so session fees are non-refundable.
